Words & photos by Ivan Guerrero
More from the The Male Model Music Project's visit to Pitti Uomo 80 in Florence, Italy.
My Factory is the section of the fair that features upcoming talent and young projects in which fashion, music, graphics and new media interact in a self-proclaimed community that supports research, eclecticism and eco-sustainability.
Young creatives, fresh talent and a huge dose of innovation meeting 'product culture', can be found at My Factory, featuring for this edition more than 60 full and capsule collections, such as Button Noise (interview with The Male Model Music Project is HERE), Rivieras Leisure Shoes, Springa, Skive, Monsieur Lacenaire, Hells Bells and many more.
Check out some photos of the building and a glimpse of the exhibition. The setting was specially designed by architect Oliviero Baldini. Unfortunately, some exhibitors did not allow photos of their products.

Over 60 brands featured at My Factory for this edition of Pitti Uomo.

Buyers and exhibitors meet at Pitti Uomo 80.

New Beat(S) presents the new ones, the debuts. A creative atelier that offers a space dedicated to emerging designers that will meet an international audience for the first time. The particularity of this section is that each brand can participate only once but some of them could have the opportunity to become an exhibitor at Pitti Uomo in the future!!
13 collections coming from Italy, France, Turkey and Germany were featured for this issue of New Beat(S).

Music & innovation environment: Fantastic speakers provided a crystal clear sound at this section of the fair.

Sex toys from outer space!!!!!
