The Male Model Music Project loves to be ON THE STAGE that's why he's glad to present his latest take on The Nutcracker performed by the Russian State Ballet Mari El during their Mexico Tour in late 2011.
Russian State Ballet Mari El belongs to the Marijskij State Opera & Ballet Theatre named after Eric Sapaev, composer of 'Akpatyr', the first russian national opera which opened back in 1969 based on a drama written by Sergey Chavayn.
The ballet section of this theatre was founded only 6 years ago with the purpose of creating a new generation of top quality dancers.
Amazing solo numbers and the beautiful choreography by Konstantin Ivanov could be enjoyed during the performance.
Young soloists include Stanislav Alexandrov , Olga Chelpanova, Konstantin Korotkov and over 25 members from renowned faculties of Moscow and Perm who have recently toured around the world in countries such as Japan, South Corea, Germany, France and of course Mexico.
Special thanks to the dancers and the full company of the Marijskij State Opera & Ballet Theatre in Russia. Welcome to the project!
I definitely enjoyed the show and it was a great experience to be able to photograph the company in action!!
