The soundtrack from Canadian director David Cronenberg's most recent film 'Cosmopolis' to be screened at the 65th edition of Cannes Film Festival.
The album features score from renowned composer Howard Shore ('The Lord of the Rings Trilogy') and 3 songs new songs from Canadian rock band METRIC including 'Long to Live', ' I Don't Want to Wake Up' and ' Call Me Home' (co-written with the composer).
'Mecca' performed by rapper K'NAAN is also included in the new album that oscilates between urban landscapes and atmospheric synth rock moods.

Earning various radio hits around the globe with 'FANTASIES' their most recent release, METRIC has recently joined forces with Howard Shore for the music of 'Cosmopolis' album, recorded at Giant Studios (owned by the band) produced by Jimmy Shaw and mixed by John O'Mahony at Liberty Studios (Toronto) and Electric Lady Studios (NYC).
