For the guys around the world (in order to make you acquainted with the name in case you are not familiar with it): House of Fraser is a department store group with over 60 stores across the UK and Ireland. Initially established in Glasgow, Scotland in 1849 as Arthur & Fraser ( reference to its founders Hugh Fraser and James Arthur, of course), the company grew steadily during the early 20th century, but after the Second World War, a large number of acquisitions transformed it into a national chain. These acquisitions have included numerous household names and through the years several stores have been purchased by the group.
